I have the new axle I purchased all stripped down, and just working on cleaning it.

• Install gears into Driver drop housing
• Fabricate Tranny crossmember to allow for drive shaft
• Have drive shaft fabbed up
• Fab skid plates
• Tighten up rear LSD

I am sure those are the most important upfront, but there are little things that need to be done to. That is a tall list to complete in a month and a half. Hope Mongo gets done in time.

I still have to get the rear R&P from ABC, have that installed.

Fill up the front diff.

Get the driveshaft from Calmini.

Get the Sway Bar set up from Calmini

Test the truck.
MAke adjustments accordingly

Weld end caps on my sliders.

Weld up a rear swing away bumber and tire carrier.

Buy a 33 inch tire and rim that is the proper offset.

Weld to finish the front bumper.

Weld a new roof rack.

(looks like I need to learn how to weld)

Find and cook corned beef for 20 people.

Pre-run some trails.

Listen to Sandbag whine about his truck.

I still need to....

- Lift the truck some more... mabye
- Find a new ARB rear locker switch plate because I broke one off.
- Shop for groceries, brats, and beer?
- Listen to Marchall & Sandbag whine about their trucks...

I'm taking it easy this year.

Oh yeah, I also need new tires.

Well, it looks like this time I might be going:

-Finish SAS
-Decide to go with either D44 or H233B
-Regear both front and back
-Lock both front and back (OX or Lockrite)
-Listen to all'ya'll whine about your trucks!
-Buy beer for trip
-Again make up my mind

Crud, John I just sent the front and rear switch plates to Texas to Kaiser, he only needs the front, let's get him to bring the other one with him when he comes out!

-Install CALMINI SAS springpacks
-Install CALMINI TC gears
-Install CALMINI front LSD
-Install CENTERFORCE clutch
-Install WARN winch (9.5ti)
-Install 2" BL
-Fabricate light bar and add 4 100w Pro Comps
-Possibly install Volant intake w/ Snorkle

John, I have another rocker plate....not sure which one it is, but you can have it.

All I have to do is find the funds, find a tow rig & trailer and fix my passenger side radius arm. I will have the arm fixed within a week or 2. I could probably by-pass the towing. But if any of you want to send funds or a gas card, I'll be happy to show up and take care of the rodent problem you have. I hope you all have fun. John I have panals and switches, I went with toggles for simplicity. Hollar if you need them.

I will have new meats before the run and most likely get the rear diff skid installed (once Andy pays for it ) I also thought about washing the truck before the run but not sure.

Heck - I still have Colorado mud on mine

I've been doing a ton of little things... procuring spares, put in HD tierod adjusters, motor mount mod, poor man's lift etc... got an Optima red top battery last night

now my sliders are welded on pretty darn hardcore.... 1/4" thick 3" by 4" angle was used to gusset the 'frame'
