FINALLY today I ordered my T-case gears. It's nice that they are on sale for $995.

With the tcase out, it takes only a few hours to mod the case and install the gears. You need to have a press handy for the bearing swap though, it's easy. Congrats!

I'm not sure how others installed theirs, but we just pulled the t-case like John did. It really didn't take long at all.

You can do it Andy. If you start ripping it out on a friday night, you will be all done and going by saturday night, especially if you have a few hands around.

Cyclemut on the XOC board says you can do it without dropping the torsion bar crossmemeber. On the two I've done, we dropped that. If I didn't have to do that, I could do it faster.
