I'm going to Midwestern to pick up a Porter and 5lbs of Corned Beef. Anyone going to John's on Sunday or even going out on the run, it's worth it to stop by there, Main and Greenfield in Mesa North side of Main.

So I was thinking, since ya know I love to cook, of using the Dutch Oven most nights.

Wednesday is a lock with the Corned Beef and baby red potatoes. 5 Lbs worth, if I think I can fit 10 in I'll get ten.

I was thinking about these potatoes which are awesome, bacon, potatoes cut in bites, onion, bit of garlic, pepper, cheddar cheese. Whaddya say Monday night? They feed a bunch.

I was thinking of making a pineapple upside down cake Tuesday night.....maybe Thursday night.

I need something else. There is a recipe for enchilada casserole....sounds good........

Feedback appreciated.

Meh.

I've tasted quite a bit of your cooking Marshall, and it's all excellent. I have no doubt in my mind that whatever you decide one would be absolutely excellent. I've got a couple snack ideas up my sleeve, but nothing anywhere near as extravangant as yours =)

I'm down with the spuds! Not sure what I'll bring, but I'm sure there will be a steak or two involved. Flip was also talking about ribs.

Hey flip.. I couldnt get that steel yesterday. Got there just before close and they told me to go across the street 1/8 mile away to buy steel.. It took me 10 minutes to back the truck out into rush hour traffic on washington and by then they were closed. I doubt I'll get out of work soon enough today to head over there, so I may have to go halfway across town to Interstate Steel up in north Phoenix Saturday morning. This is kindof a PITA. Frown

Whew, my worries just keep mounting up. Having problems with the axle now. Sounds like something is binding someplace.

Wednesday is Corned Beef picked it up today.

Thursday I'll try the Pineapple upside down cake. It's supposed to be easy....

There are a lot of breakfast recipes, but it takes so long to cook and I'm going to try to be good and eat oatmeal and apples for breakfast.

I know, I know.
