    Things you'll need:
  • 6' of "black corrogated vinyl floor runner". Home
Depot $1.79 ft. In the carpet section.
  • 2ea. 15 gallon black planting containers/buckets.
Home Depot $4.79 ea. They're in the gardening section.
  • The fasteners from your old liners.
  • Jig Saw
  • Drill
  • Pencil
  • Scissors

Front: Trace your old liner onto the new vinyl (I preferred the corrogated side facing in so you can't see the lines) with a pencil and be sure to add on an extra 3" or so to the top to compensate for the lift.

Hold up your old liner in the wheel well and you'll see what I mean. Cut out the shape with scissors and poke holes where the fasteners go.

Install.

Back: The plastic material from the buckets works and looks great. You need the rigidity of it because they can only be fastened at the bottom and the vinyl material will sag. Using the jig saw, cut the lip and the bottom off of the bucket then cut vertically and you'll have a "sheet" of plastic. Make the plastic semi flat by rolling it against itself, kind of like that Van Halen poster you bought a while back.

Trace the old liner onto the plastic and add an extra 3" to the top to compensate for the lift. Don't forget to trace the holes for the fasteners. Cut out with a jig saw. You might have to notch the upper corners to fit. Hold it inside the wheel well and you'll see what I mean. Cut out the fastening holes with a drill. I tried using a jig saw for this but it was a pain in the ass. A scroll saw would be perfect but I found that a drill and a large bit works if used correctly.

Make sure the edges of the holes are free and clear of excess plastic shavings and make the plastic as flat as possible.

Install.
